The Mongolian government have been approved the list of until three million tugrug which costumer purchased, and under the law of 16.1.4, 16.2, which is “no tax shall be charged for goods entering a free zone8 which are previously imported into the customs territory upon payment of import  tax, customs duties, VAT, and excise tax” .
