On September 11, 2019, "Altanbulag" free trade zone in  Manzhouli city , China's PRC, to promote and strengthen trade, economic and investment cooperation in the free trade zones of Mongolia and the People's Republic of China. Kh. Baljmaa, Chairman of the Regional Governor's Office, Wei Yangjun, General Manager, China-Russia, Non-Tax Relation Zone, and General Manager Gao Jongmin to the China-Russia border trade zone of Manzhouli city and "Altanbulag" free zone with Manzhouli city Customs bonded zone. 3-sided cooperation memorandums established.
